Now in its 12th year, the Sámi Film Festival in Guovdageaidnu, Norway celebrates indigenous film at the world’s first ice cinema drive-in. For the first time in New York, the National Museum of the American Indian and the American-Scandinavian Foundation present award-winning films that illuminate the lives and creativity of the indigenous peoples of Scandinavia’s Arctic Circle.
