The 17 th of May Committee of Greater New York extends their deepest thanks to the family of the late Keith Alexander. They have given their permission to the committee to include “Keith’s view of the 17 th of May Parades” to our website.
We were overjoyed when we discovered Keith’s outstanding pictorial representation of the 2004 and 2005 parades on the Web. After many attempts to contact Keith to ask his permission to add the presentation to our website, it was with deep regret that we learned he had passed away in the summer of 2005 as the result of a tragic accident.
In memory of Keith, his family, Stan, Barbara and Kari Bonanno have graciously given us permission to offer this beautiful pictorial display on our website. Keith was very talented and gifted young man who had friends all over the world….he was a man who also enjoyed the memories of his childhood and all the parades he attended over the years. He was obviously proud of his Norwegian heritage and we thank him for gift to us of these beautiful pictures.
